Do not send patient information

Do not include names, medical-record numbers, dates of birth, encounter dates, room numbers, identifiable screenshots, or other protected health information. This form of contact is not monitored for emergency patient care.

Website, reference, citation, or accessibility concern

Email Dr. Kyle Brown. Include the page URL, the specific statement or function involved, what appears incorrect or inaccessible, the device/browser when relevant, and a source supporting the correction when available.

Video privacy concern

If you believe an Airway of the Month or Airway Video Database video contains patient-identifying information, contact Dr. Andrew Pirotte directly. Do not redistribute the content or include PHI in the email.

Urgent clinical care

This website does not provide emergency consultation or medical direction. For an active patient-care concern, use the appropriate local emergency response, medical-control, pharmacy, respiratory-therapy, difficult-airway, or institutional safety process.

Correction process
