They do not calculate a patient dose, select a medication, determine dosing weight, apply maximums to an individual patient, convert dose to volume, or account for age, pregnancy, allergies, organ dysfunction, obesity, interactions, contraindications, concentration, or local formulary. Users must independently verify all information before use.
