EtCO₂: tube problem

When waveform is absent, do not trust the airway until proven.

Check

  • Tube through cords or remove/reintubate if uncertain.
  • Tube depth/mainstem/dislodgement.
  • Tube obstruction/kink/cuff/circuit issues.
