Hypotension: RV failure or underlying shock

Consider

  • Massive PE/RV failure, pulmonary hypertension, tamponade physiology, hemorrhage, sepsis, cardiogenic shock.
  • Avoid unnecessary high PEEP/pressure; support preload/perfusion/RV as clinically indicated.
